KC’s Ultimate Garage
Your Garage. Your Workshop. Your Way.

Plan the arrival as carefully as the workspace.

Freight service, receiving and installation are confirmed for the selected equipment before purchase.

Before equipment is selected

Record door openings, driveway and truck access, clear ceiling height, equipment footprints and floor conditions. A qualified installer must confirm lift anchoring, floor suitability, electrical and other installation requirements against the selected manufacturer’s instructions.

Freight and receiving

Confirm whether the quoted service is curbside, liftgate, inside delivery or installer receiving. Product weights, unloading arrangements, appointments and customer responsibilities vary by supplier.

Missed appointments, redelivery or storage may create additional carrier charges when disclosed and supported by the carrier or supplier.

Inspect the delivery

Count the pieces, photograph damage, note visible damage on the receipt before signing whenever safely possible, keep packaging and contact us promptly. Follow the selected supplier’s claim instructions.

Installation and contractor coordination

KC’s is presenting equipment for retail; installation is separate unless included in a written proposal. Paid contractor coordination may be available in select service areas, subject to a separate written scope and fee. Elsewhere, assistance locating an installer does not guarantee availability or performance.

The customer is responsible for permits, required professional review and qualified trades. Manufacturer instructions determine equipment clearances, anchoring and utility needs.

Woodworking and vehicle areas

Plan separation, dust collection and ventilation around the chosen equipment. The glass divider in our illustration is a layout concept, not an engineered system or guarantee of dust control.
